After having 3 in-house and 4 over the phone quotes for new carpeting I was quite confused. I felt pressured by two of the sales people and the others felt to me as if they didn’t really care one way or another. I saw an ad online for Free Carpet Estimate and clicked on it and walla! I put in my info and received a call a few minutes later with good helpful information. They recommended a small local shop at home Carpet Company that they said came highly recommended. I took their advice and found TCG Floors. The rep that came out as promised was on time and friendly. No pressure needed because they gave me exactly what I was looking for.

Free Carpet Estimates was fantastic and the TCG Floor company was just as good. I was amazed by how fast they got the job done and how professional their work was. I was also amazed by how hard of a job it was and what a great attitude everyone kept throughout.

Though they were about $250 more than a few of the other companies I investigated, it was well worth it. They offer way more in every aspect of the project. Trust me, if you want quality flooring, it doesn't get better than TCG. I am so glad we found Free Carpet Estimates because they did what they said and found us the right carpet company for our much needed work.

Removed old carpeting and padding and moved it to the street. Installed new padding and carpet. Vacuumed the new carpet. The 2 installers were unbelievable. I had never seen carpeting installed before. The whole process was quick and professional. They had to put in a couple of seams and it is impossible to tell where the carpet was seamed. There was a lot of small areas around the staircase and landing area which look great.

Very prompt service, I got call backs immediately and they sent someone to my home with a ton of samples. She helped me narrow down my choices and we found a good carpet that was in stock. I had just painted my master bedroom and my second floor was completely torn up. I was anxious to get the room carpeted after I had painted it so I could put my room back in order. They came out 3 days later and moved all my (very heavy) bedroom furniture out, removed the old carpeting, bundled it up and took it to the curb and laid the new carpet. They then put all my furniture back in the room and vacuumed up after themselves. I hadn't finished painting the second bedroom so they scheduled a second appointment to come back and carpet my spare bedroom. They came out 2 days after I called them to carpet the second bedroom. They were all very professional and did a wonderful job laying the carpet. It has been a long time since I paid for carpeting so I was in a little sticker shock over the price to carpet two bedrooms although both rooms are large. I was happy to pay one price and have everything done for me (move furniture, take up old carpet, etc.) Overall, very happy with the experience

Found Free Carpet Quotes online and filled out the form. Got a call a few minutes later with a list of people to call in my area. Only had to call one place though because I could tell they were professional over the phone. I had them out and It went excellent. They had a decent price, were very efficient, quality work. I referred them to a friend.
